RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

All eligible returns/exchanges must be returned to the store within 30 days. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been opened. Opened items may only be exchanged; if an exchange is not possible, store credit will be offered. Fabric, Patterns, Pre-Loved machines, special orders, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Class registrations must be cancelled within 48 hours of the start of class to be eligible for a 90% refund.  If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, store credit will be offered in the amount of 75% of the original class fee.
